Vivian purchased a home computer in 1995. A friend remarked “what are you going to do with a computer?” This statement inspired Vivian to learn more about personal computing at a time when the Internet and World Wide Web were first being seen on the world’s radar. Vivian’s creative spirit led her to build “Scanmaster of the Galaxy”. Vivian realized the website had to be hosted and so would other websites so the idea to start a website design and hosting company came quickly. The domain name Scanmaster.com was claimed. The word spread quickly and as they say, the rest is history.
